Wow, how excited was I to think that I might get a great deal on this? After all it was $190.00 off... well, as it turns out, you still have to buy the hot water tank for $200.00. It's in the fine print, making it nearly $500.00 for a hot water dispenser. I'm just a bit miffed that the item doesnt explictiy state that it's only for the faucet up front. Rated -1 star due to pricing which in my opinion is out of control!
I had a slightly different style of this dispenser at my last home and used it regularly, so we knew that when we moved we would want to get another one. It took a few years to get around to it, but finally got the unit installed and operating last week and my wife and I both love it. Very handy for little things like hot tea, instant oatmeal/grits, etc. Lots of uses that you would have needed to run the microwave for in the past to heat up water. The quality on the unit is good, but I have to say that it's a LOT of money for what you get. I don't see any reason for InSinkerator to charge $300 for a simple faucet to dispense hot water, but there aren't many other options out there with similar product lines. Other than price, I am happy with this purchase. If not for the price I would have rated 4 stars.

Purchased this item to replace because company broke our original one with a white plastic handle. The purchase price was great which was why we decided to upgrade to all stainless. Looks beautiful.
