Since then, the apron-front, or farmhouse, sink has become the heart of many American kitchens. Today, Kohler has built upon that legacy with the innovative self-trimming apron that redefines the category. This sink is available in a variety of colors, including almond, basalt, biscuit, black and tan, black black, cane sugar, cashmere, caviar, dune, frost, ice grey, Mexican sand, Roussillon red, sandbar, sea salt, thunder grey, and white.

This Kohler Whitehaven sink features a helpful self-trimming apron that results in a perfect fit and finish. It’s easy to install, with no time squandered on precision cuts or trim work. The sink comes with a template that guides the rough cut for 7-inch apron-front sinks. This version of the sink, with a with a 7-inch apron, is sized for standard base cabinets. There is another sink size with a 9-inch apron that is sized for industry-standard apron-front sink cabinets.
Perfect Retrofit Option
With this Kohler Whitehaven sink, you can get a great apron-front look without having to go through the trouble of replacing cabinetry, because there is no customized cabinetry work required. If using the 7-inch apron, you can retrofit industry-standard apron-front sink cabinets (the 9-inch option is also available on Whitehaven sinks).

I love this baby, and this was definitely cheaper than any other place! Installation was difficult because of the weight (over 100 lbs.) & all the modifications required to the sink cabinet. The installation tells you to create supports you glue to the side of the sink cabinet & to remove the fake drawers. What it doesn't clearly state is that you will have to saw out the slat that runs the length above the fake drawers & in our case the one underneath it (there was a big gap between that slat & the sink, so we replaced it w/a 3" filler board & reinforced it). Modifications are not for the weak of heart! The tall white haven apron sink may have worked with my sink base w/o nearly as many modifications.
All that said, it is "my baby" & my favorite part of my kitchen!

I bought this to go in our kitchen. It was recommended because it required very little effort to fit into my cabinets ( I didn't install it, but it was recommended by the people that put in our cabinets). It looks great! We had a split sink setup in the kitchen and we appreciate the one large sink for the times we may need to stick a pup in there for a quick cleaning.

WOW!!!!!!!!!! amazing sink, my wife and I decided to redo our entire kitchen. We bought new cabinets back splash, counter tops, but didn't have enough to buy custom cabinet so we went to Home Depot and got some of their box cabinets and decided to treat our selves with a nice sink and WOW may i say this is an amazing sink! I ended up modifying my cabinet to get it to fit since its a out of box cabinet. This SINK makes your entire kitchen look amazing. Kohler makes amazing products! after buying this sink I later decided to buy new toilets from KOLHER and again... KOLHER is AMAZING when it comes to there products. This sink is heavy! I MEAN HEAVY 140 pounds! but well worth it. My wife LOVES this sink. We went with 35" sink we love the dept and length.
